Zariz Transport is a fast growing company that provides industry leading Intermodal Drayage services . During our continued growth we are looking to place an experienced Safety leader in our Newark, NJ terminal!
Responsibilities are to include but not limited to the following:
- Driver pre hire road tests
- Quarterly driver training or as needed
- Pre/Post trip inspections with drivers
- Driver supervision (time clock, proper time utilization)
- ELD malfunction or driver error on site remediation
- Terminal communications
- On scene Injury investigations
- On scene Incident/ accident investigations
- Driver ride along
- Terminal Security
- Claims control
- Maintenance communications
- Driver regulatory compliance
- HAZMAT transport supervision
- Terminal inspections
- Equipment Yard checks
- Permit book maintenance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
