Job duties: include but are not limited to the following:

• Learning and understanding company’s products
• Supporting sales team with technical aspects of the products
• Training and helping customers and service team
• Troubleshooting technical issues customers might have
• On-site technical service (installation, integration, maintenance and troubleshooting)
• Cooperating with the R&D team and Sales team
• Traveling in US to support customers
• Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Serving as a Company resource for interaction with Customer Support, Technical Support, Sales Department and Finance Department
• Other duties as assigned by the sales team

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Work experience in the engineering field for at least 1 year
• Work experience of medical application engineer (preferred)
• Fundamental understanding of ECG (preferred)
• Familiar with Android and Apple iOS mobile devices
• Enthusiastic, Analytical, Convincing
• Willing to learn medical terminology, products, and procedures
• Strong phone handling skills
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated with an upbeat and positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively in a results-driven culture.
• Ability to work well with others and be a team player
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation and time management skills
• Flexible, with ability to adapt in a highly dynamic market
• Ability to work independently in the absence of specific instructions
• Fluent in English (required)
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (preferred)
