WELLBOUND Certified Home Health Agency is currently seeking FFS Occupational Therapist to serve geriatric community residing in Assisted Living Facilities. There is paid training, active leadership and an abundance of resources.

Do you want a fulltime case load at a FFS rate? We are rapid expanding to other ALFs!

**Multiple homecare visits in ONE location**

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized treatment addressing skill areas such as fine, gross and visual motor, sensory and emotional regulation, cognition, etc. as they relate to adult occupations.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Provide effective and timely communication with families

Qualifications / Requirements:

• NYS License as a Occupational Therapist
• Covid-19 Vaccination Required
• Experience using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) is a plus but not required.

Job Type: FFS, $75 per visit
