Requirements include:
- 1 year of Management experience (Restaurant Management a plus)
- Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent
- Must be able to communicate effectively with your team and customers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to multitask
Our Management benefits include:
- Salary/Compensation $75,000 - $100,000
- Appreciation pay of $15hr
- Monthly bonus based on sales increases
- Additional monthly bonus- $1500
- Sign on bonus paid out in first 2 weeks
