Job Responsibilities:
To use a team approach to deliver truly remarkable service to both our internal and external customers by providing timely and accurate statistical housing data by utilizing a specialized software to generate property information reports. Provide technical support to process both internal and external customer requests while meeting company standards. Ensure the accuracy in formatting and defining the market area as requested by the customer. Provide customer service to ensure all processes are performed. Handle phones, customer inquiries (both internal and external). Assist supervisor in maintaining a monthly production log for monthly cost analysis purposes. Administrative support as needed.
Job Requirements:
Ability to read and interpret a Thomas Brother’s Guide Map and understands Index and Plat maps. Strong technical skills and ability to understand and format detailed data outputs. Must be able to operate various office equipment (copier, scanner, printer). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). Excellent verbal/written skills along with strong interpersonal skills are required. The ability to deliver superior customer service a must. Demonstrate a high level of organization and strong attention to detail. Consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate strong follow through, and follow departmental procedures. Dataquick and Metroscan programs knowledge a plus. Customer Service Background in the Title Industry preferred.
