OUR PURPOSE:

AHV USA was launched in September 2020 to propel AHV International to global market leadership for the next generation of animal health. We are a farmer first organization which aims to empower dairy farmers with new solutions to naturally optimize animal health, improve profitability, and positively impact their environmental footprint. Due to the novel nature of our technology, we will work directly with the dairy farmer via on-farm and data driven tools to ensure success.

AHV USA – Farm Advisor Position Description


Job Overview

Reporting to the Regional Sales Leader or Business Development Manager of AHV USA, our dairy farm advisors are responsible for providing front line support to our dairy farmer customers to ensure our solutions enable optimal on-farm success.


Responsibilities include:

  • Achieve growth & client retention targets
  • Provide advice and guidance to dairy farmers on AHV products and solutions
  • To work across the region supporting fellow farm advisors and external agents to share leads & achieve company goals
  • Collaborate with AHV technical services team on product implementation, on-farm trainings, local/regional events, etc.
  • Stay abreast of product developments & market trends

We Expect

  • Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
  • Agricultural Sciences preferred
  • Significant dairy farm experience
  • Farm management and/or farm sales preferred
  • Business to dairy farm sales experience Preferred
  • Valid driving license
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office)
  • Self-motivated with a drive for results
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Currently residing/working in target region
  • Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally as needed (50% travel expected)
