Seeking a Spanish-speaking, professional individual to work with families. Must have friendly personality and a great attitude. Looking for someone who is honest, reliable, highly motivated, efficient, organized and professional. Attention to detail is a must. Full time position, Monday - Friday.

Requirements:

- Ability to work with families of all socio-economic backgrounds

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task as well as work independently

- Attention to detail, problem solving skills, and ability to think logically and critically

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Meetings with families to determine eligibility for assistance,

Maintenance of precise documentation,

Coordination with program directors regularly,

Coordination with local community resource agencies,

Occasional travel to off-site programs (Fairhaven, Mattapoisett, Wareham and Acushnet) to meet with families,

Preparation of monthly billing,

Reconciliation of monthly billing,

Adherence to all state regulations and policies,

General filing,

and any other duty as assigned.

Applicants must have the ability to:

work independently with little to no direction,

self-check work for accuracy,

maintain strict confidentiality,

reconcile and analyze data,

and maintain a neat and organized work environment.

In addition, applicants must:

have a positive and friendly attitude,

be comfortable with computer use,

have excellent math and communication skills,

and be proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word. EOE

Pay: $32,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
