Job description
Ideal candidates will be recent hospitality/ restaurant management graduate looking to get their first supervisory/ management opportunity or a possible first time supervisor that's looking to get into a company with growth opportunities and training.
This position requires the ability to continually balance the department while focusing on providing an exceptional experience to every guest and maximizing profitability at the same time. We are seeking an energetic, service-oriented leader who can effectively direct, train, coach, motivate, engage and provide feedback to the restaurant and banquet staff and collaborate with other departments of the hotel on a daily basis in accordance with the standards of Shaner Hotels and applicable franchise.
