PRIMARY PURPOSE
Support the contract manufacturing division through the entry and management of data in the ERP system
ROUTINE DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and update bills of material in Syteline for contract manufacturing jobs
- Complete job closure process with actual time and material usage
- Collaborate with the engineering, purchasing, and production about discrepancies in job data
- Support the engineering department by scanning and organizing job drawing packets
- Backup to the Production Scheduler role
QUALIFICATIONS
- Microsoft Excel
- Syteline or ERP system knowledge
- Highly organized
- Works well in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to read/understand blueprints
- Detail oriented
- 5 years Previous engineering experience
