External Marketer

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketer to join our team and oversee marketing and admissions for our Lima and Wapakoneta area facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings have a high occupancy rate by effectively managing the admissions process and building strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and manage all aspects of the admissions process, including conducting tours, completing assessments, and providing detailed information to potential residents and their families.

· Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

· Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth transitions and excellent resident experiences.

· Utilize various marketing strategies to promote our facilities and increase awareness of the services we offer.

· Develop and implement admission policies and procedures that comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

· Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.

· 3+ years of experience in admissions, marketing, or sales within a skilled nursing or assisted living environment.

· Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to SNF and ALF admissions.

· Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals, including residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.

· Experience with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office Suite.
