Job Title: Expert Information Security Analyst

Location: Remote (Candidates must be located within the US or Canada)
The anticipated base pay range for this position (located in US) is $101,000.00 to $134,000.00 USD. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave after three months of employment, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave after six months of employment.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement information security policies in line with ISO 27001 and internal Sony standards Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities and make recommendations for mitigation strategies Work with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards Respond to security incidents, run root cause analysis and implement remediation strategies Document corrective actions and track remediation Provide regular reports to internal stakeholders Stay current with emerging security standards and practices and work with internal stakeholders to identify and implement them where appropriate Respond to outside customer information security inquiries
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

5+ years experience in Information Security or related field Experience with the ISO 27001certification process and management of ISMS

Ability to work fully remote

Familiarity with cloud-hosted media management systems, preferably on AWS

Knowledge of security frameworks and standards, such as NIST and CIS

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong project management skills, including the ability to interact across stakeholder groups, schedule and monitor critical deadlines, and ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
Bonus Points For:
Certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus Experience working teams developing B2B and B2C SaaS products Familiar with implementing multiple security standards, including internal and public standards
