Overland Park Heating & Cooling is currently seeking an experienced residential field supervisor/technician with expert level troubleshooting skills and the ability to repair most anything HVAC related. OPHC does NOT micromanage true trade professionals, you will be your own supervisor. OPHC does not have an on-call rotation; we value our family time and extend the same benefit to our technicians. Qualifications:

* 10+ years experience minimum

* Familiar Lennox product line a HUGE plus

* Expert level low voltage control(s) wiring and troubleshooting ability

* Strong problem-solving skills

* Detail oriented and quality driven

* Excellent customer service skills

* Technical Resource for the service department

* EPA Certification

* Valid driver’s license and good driving record

* Well groomed, drug-free, able to pass drug screening and back ground check

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
