Experienced Powder Coater

This position is in our powder coating side, Impact Coating and Blasting. We offer high-quality sandblasting and powder coating services in the Greater Treasure Valley area including Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell and more.

LOOKING for a hardworking and dependable person to join our team. This position is for an 8-hour working shift with a starting time of 7:00 am. This opening is full time with a starting wage of $18+ an hour.

Responsibilities:

• Experience with powder coating metals.
• Prepares surfaces, cleans, product, and applies coating.
• Apply coatings to various products and/or hardware.
• Prepare surface using sand or ground surface.
• Correct imperfections or roughen surface.
• Carefully cleanse product to remove dust and dirt.
• Cover portions of product with tape and paper.
• Spray products with coating solutions.
• Check product for flaws, bubbles, or imperfections.
• Regulate the temperature and air circulation in drying ovens.
• Maintain equipment.
• Observe and adjust gauges.
• Use spray gun to apply touch-ups.
• Safely operate a forklift to handle materials and completed work.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience with Powder Coating

2. Ability to work with others and help create a positive work environment

3. Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic

4. Must be able to stand for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday
