REMOTE Logistics Executive

We are looking for 1-2 additional REMOTE freight brokers to join the team that already have previous experience with a proven track record. If you have grown tired of the corporate world dictating your every move, you've come to the right place. Brokers require killer sales experience and freight brokering experience. Working for us, you will make your own schedule 100%. The more time you put in, the more you get out. We will not dictate anything about your schedule or how you use your time. You can work from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a phone and internet. If you already have experience and a book of business, great! We will also provide additional training and LEADS as needed. Your individual background, experience, and goals will dictate what you make with the potential to easily make 6 figures.

Responsibilities:

* Prospecting and contacting potential customers will be a responsibility for all hired. You will have access to leads from our impressively accurate lead generation system to import to your CRM.

• Book carriers to handle shipments
• Reach agreed upon contracts targets by the deadline
• Maintain a book of business to retain continuous freight and manufacturers
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Must be comfortable and disciplined enough to be 100% commission. This is an independent contractor position. Must have a hunter and gatherer mentality. Self-starter and strong time management skills, must have the belief in yourself to be 100% commission knowing the unlimited income potential.

Pay: $99,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

• Must answer to be considered: Are you comfortable with 100% commission? This is an independent contractor position. Must be disciplined in the “be your own boss” environment. Our commission split is considerably higher than industry standard, but there is no base salary.

How long do you expect/need to be making solid commission before you give up? What is considered a solid commission to you in order to be satisfied and get by in the early stages? Do you have what it takes to put in the fight and not throw in the towel in the early stages?
The answer to this question must be "yes" in order to be considered. It is not a question to scare you, but for us to determine who can handle a position that has short-term sacrifice and HUGE long-term gains.

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Freight Broker: 1 year (Required)
• Sales: 8 years (Required)
