We are looking for EXPERIENCED CNC MACHINIST. We are needing people who are confident setting up and operating 3 & 4 axis CNC Vertical Machining Centers and Lathes. They must be able to use basic measurement and inspection tools and be able to be responsible for the quality of their parts. Duties will include programming, setup, operation, and inspection of tight tolerance parts in both CNC mills and CNC lathes. Experience with Fanuc controls is a very strong plus. The individual will need to be capable of taking prints to completed parts.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years' experience in a high precision machining environment
• Ability to read and interpret detailed prints
• Knowledge of material properties and characteristics
• Programming CNC Vertical Mills and Lathes
• Setup and Operation of CNC Vertical Mills and Lathes
• Strong inspections skills with measurement tools
• Demonstrates the ability to streamline processes to increase productivity and quality; ensures that production and prototype jobs are set up consistently and accurately in a timely manner
• Knowledge of shop math
• Experience with CAM software.
• Solid people skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Hours of work are 7am - 6pm, Monday through Thursday. Lunch hour is 12pm-1pm. May be needed on some Fridays as well.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour
