Schedule will correspond with PST Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Seeking candidates in PST, MST and CST zones.

GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for conducting informative training sessions, promoting company efficiencies, and assist in improving the skills of all personnel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Manager, Training and Development, to evaluate company needs and current practices to develop plan for training
  • Create and maintain training materials, tutorials, instructions and learning resources for all departments staff
  • Consult with other trainers, managers and leadership on training and development
  • Instruct employee training and onboarding
  • Review employee performance and learning during training sessions
  • Evaluate and communicate training needs during training sessions
  • Track, compile and analyze training data
  • Assist in creating training strategies, initiatives, and materials
  • Maintain a database of all training materials

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years’ previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position
  • Ability to encourage, engage, motivate, mentor and lead staff
  • Certification from talent and training association a plus
  • Authoring software experience a plus
  • Strict adherence to company policy, company philosophy, and mission statement
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Possesses good organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interacts successfully with all levels of management
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, or related field preferred, but not required
  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must successfully pass a criminal history screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
