The Expense Reimbursement Specialist provides accounting and clerical support to the Accounting Department.

Responsibilities of an Expense Reimbursement Specialist:

• Handles collection and input of information for payment of employee expenses
• Answers all employee questions regarding reimbursement for expenses
• Coordinates payment process allowing reimbursement to be deposited into employee accounts
• Inputs all account changes into accounting program for approval
• Maintains insurance information for employees requesting mileage reimbursement
• Other duties as assigned
  
  
  
  High School/GED required
  
  Must have an aptitude for working with numbers and assisting with accounting functions
