We are seeking an individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for leading others. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will play a key role in creating lasting positive memories by ensuring a clean and sanitized hotel. You will be responsible for leading the Housekeeping, House Person and Laundry teams at the hotel, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel.

What you will be doing:

• Recruiting, selecting, and training teammates within assigned teams.
• Coordinating work schedules to ensure hotel maintains cleanliness standards for guest rooms and public areas.
• Inspecting guest rooms and public areas daily.
• Ensuring the functions within your assigned departments are handled consistently, accurately and efficiently.
• Training and promoting the company’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
• Continuously promoting, communicating, and embodying the RMC culture.

Job Requirements:

• Must be bilingual Spanish/English
• Must have 2 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper
