Executive Chef

Salary dependent upon experience, starting pay $50,024 annually.

We are looking for a motivated, mission-driven Executive Chef who is looking to be a part of our growth, as well as their own.

Day to Day:

• Day shift, 7:30 am-4:00 pm (flexible); occasional caterings.
• Oversee retail services (Bistro, Café, Cooks) and catered events.
• Prepares or directs preparation of meals for patients and catered events.
• Oversees purchasing, inventory, storage, production and costing of foods.
• Trains, supervises and evaluates dietary staff.

Requirements:

• ServSafe certified
• Previous culinary experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Desired: Associates’ degree in Culinary Arts from an accredited culinary institution.
