DESCRIPTION

As Executive Business Partner to the CEO, you provide exclusive administrative support to the CEO of Verily and are at the heart of Verily’s administrative operations. You anticipate the needs of the CEO and resolve administrative issues before they arise. You move seamlessly within an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and understand how to sensitively navigate complex situations and circumstances with the highest discretion. In addition to being exceptionally organized, technical and analytical, you are a team player and possess solid judgment and communication skills needed to strategically support and interact with a variety of people and job functions. This is the highest-level administrative position at Verily that requires unparalleled skill and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide exclusive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer onsite in Dallas, TX.
• Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO by providing exemplary administrative support while working in and navigating a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks for the CEO, including managing complex calendars, booking travel and events, processing expenses, organizing meetings with internal and external stakeholders and scheduling facilities and equipment.
• Manage projects such as: mentoring new team members, setting up tools to onboard new team members quickly, coordinating logistics for leadership team meetings, and contributing to space planning efforts.
• Partner closely with the CEO’s Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner in South San Francisco, CA, and the rest of the Executive/Administrative Business Partner (E/ABP) community within Verily.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

• Location: Dallas, TX.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Verily office in Coppell, TX 5 days a week.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of direct executive support with CEO or C-Suite experience.
• Demonstrated experience using technical tools seamlessly, especially Google GSuite, to improve ways of working and increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Experience leading executive support functions and projects from conception to completion.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a range of people and job functions and an ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
• Exceptional ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
• The highest levels of discretion and confidentiality.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Direct administrative experience for a C-suite executive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
• Technology-related or start-up environment experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000- 145,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
