Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff

The role is to directly assist and to support the Chief of Staff with the administrative activities associated with a high-functioning Office of CEO. The Office of CEO is responsible for strategic management and corporate management working closely with the Office of President (for execution) and the Altium Board.

The Executive Assistant will specifically be responsible for:

• Diary and calendar management and co-ordination of executive, Board and corporate meetings.
• Corporate office management, including organizing in person and remote/zoom meetings with Altium stakeholders, including industry partners, investors, analysts.
• Research activities, as directed, to support corporate initiatives.
• High-level communication both written and verbally, representing the CEO and the Chief of Staff through direct liaison with Altium leadership, Board of Directors, investors, partners and broader stakeholders.
• Agenda collation and dissemination of weekly Corporate Management and Excom Committee materials within the Altium leadership, working with the Chief of Staff.

The specific experience, skills and expertise required for this Role include:

• At least 10 years of corporate-level Executive Assistant experience with either a large private company or a publicly listed company.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and oral to commensurate to a high-level corporate environment.
• Highly organized and disciplined administrative management with an emphasis on proactivity and anticipation.
• A good sense of judgement, analytical capability and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• High level personal presentation and professionalism with a confident, calm and agile disposition to navigate and to effectively manage competing priorities.
