This Executive Assistant position is tasked with providing operational support to the Dean and key constituents of the Bryan School. Reporting to the Business Manager, this position is full-time and benefits earning.
Responsibilities include:
- Operational support for the Dean
- Administrative support for Bryan committees and advisory board
- Assistance with Bryan personnel processes
- Facilitating internal communication
- General program support
- Record maintenance

Candidates well suited for this role should excel at customer service, time management, the accuracy of work products, and attention to detail. As this individual serves as a representative for the Dean, effective communication (written and verbal) is a critical component for success.
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENCY AND THREE YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE ADMINISTRATIVE/OFFICE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE; OR GRADUATION OR ASSOCIATE’S DEGREE IN SECRETARIAL SCIENCE, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, OR A RELATED DISCIPLINE AND ONE YEAR OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE ADMINISTRATIVE/OFFICE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE; OR BACHELOR’S DEGREE, PREFERABLY IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR A RELATED DISCIPLINE; OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE. ALL DEGREES MUST BE RECEIVED FROM APPROPRIATELY ACCREDITED INSTITUTIONS.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft products: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Highly motivated with an emphasis on efficiency, organization, and strong time management.
