Job Summary:
We are looking for dependable, professional, and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our highly respected team of professionals. This individual will be will be integral in our day to day activities as a company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to assigned executive staff utilizing confidentiality and critical thinking skills
• Plans, prioritizes, and organizes work assignments
• Corresponds through multiple media channels
• Manages calendars and appointment scheduling
• Uses business software applications( Microsoft Office) to prepare/generate reports, correspondence, presentations, organize meetings, etc.
• Prepares and tracks reports for executive staff
• Ensure all files are documents are organized and timely filed
• Keep each project moving at a timely pace
• Provide timely communication to team members regarding each project assigned
• Other duties as required

Education and Experience Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant job experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• • Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office software, basic email skills and general computer knowledge required
• • Excellent customer service skills required
• • Excellent communication skills required
