General job duties include:

  • Manage calendar, communications (email, phone, correspondence, etc.) and documents for CEO. Handle company and well as personal business for busy, always traveling executive.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and events for the management team.
  • Oversee schedule, protect time and act as a gatekeeper to CEO.
  • Suggest improvements and be able to make changes to increase efficiencies.
  • Assist with written communications to employees, management, customers and other external audiences. This may include social media and managing accounts OBO, such as LinkedIn, Facebook or others.
  • Curate, order and purchase supplies, gifts and awards as directed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned which may include involvement with store operations and special projects designed to further enhance the growth and success of the business.
Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree, preferred
  • 3-5 years administrative experience required
  • Looking for experience with directly assisting small/medium business owner/operator
  • Experience with domestic/international travel scheduling/booking and event planning
  • Proven knowledge base of different software systems and have strong computer usage experience
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, clients, vendors, and upper management
  • Exceptional organizational skills to balance and prioritize time and ever-changing demands
  • Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills when researching opportunities
  • Ability to effectively communicate (written and oral communication) with all levels, both internal and external
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently, exercising discretion, confidentiality and sound judgment.
  • Ability to look for innovative solutions that promote efficiency for both time and cost
  • Ability to implement and enforce policy in a respectful and customer service-oriented manner.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities
