Job Title: Executive Account Manager

Location: Danos Corporate Headquarters - Gray, LA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Account Business Plan to accomplish Company goalsOrganize and gather intel to develop plan

Keep plan current

  • Customer EngagementDevelop and cultivate relationships with appropriate customer contacts

Work with Sales Manager, peers and Operations to develop and execute comprehensive plan for customer engagement (sales calls, meetings, events, executive/owner, Operations, field leaders, sponsorships, etc.)

  • Customer OpportunitiesMonitor and maintain strong awareness of all opportunities within account(s) (near term and long term)

Ensure these are documented
Be aware of sales plan and progress on all opportunities (discuss with salesman and sales manager, AM’s, and PM’s)
Be engaged in sales plan and progress on major opportunities
Box stretching – look for opportunities that take Danos into services or geographies we are not currently in, but should be, or changes to current strategy or service delivery model that add more value to customer and/or separates us from competition

  • Capture and analyze key customer informationCustomer Strategy – Capture information of where customer is going and where major spend will be by area (focus on areas we operate or are moving towards)

Customer Challenges – Capture information regarding major challenges/problems
Operations – Keep current on customer operations
Competitor activity
Performance – Stay informed of key financial metrics for customer
Org Chart – keep a current org chart to understand players and decision making processes

  • Develop and monitor high level KPI’s for our current activity
  • CRMEnsure appropriate structure for “account” is set up and maintained in CRM

Keep CRM clean
Enter information from customer interactions is entered into CRM

  • Contract Negotiations and PricingDevelop strategy for successful price increase when required

Support process by providing customer intelligence and connecting operations to SCM when necessary
Maintain ongoing relationships with key SCM personnel (know their game)

  • Provide information from business plan and SSO matrix to ensure capacity and capabilities exist to accomplish goalsWork with Operations to ensure capacity of current resources/capabilities

Help secure Corporate investments needed to build any lacking internal capabilities to execute targeted work

  • Customer Service AssuranceStay close to our customers so that we know about and can resolve issues quickly and appropriately

Support Operations in issue resolution
Consider additional methods for quantifying customer satisfaction (push for more ASR’s/KPI’s, customer satisfaction surveys, etc.)

  • OtherIndustry association representation (OOC,COS, Fletcher advisory Committee)

Danos COE for SEMS
SME for large or complex production related projects or bids
SME for safety related issues
Complete employee training location strategy
Lead field employee development project(s)
Ad hoc support for Production BU

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,876.67 - $109,303.12 per year
