We are looking for a talented Digital Events and Marketing Coordinator who has a passion for all things digital and a knack for attention to detail, good leadership skills, and solid communication and organization skills. This position requires excellent analytical and project management skills to recommend and drive new digital programs. Experience implementing and managing successful digital programs in a fast-paced environment is an absolute must. The Coordinator's main role is to execute the full cycle of digital marketing projects from digital "builds" through full-cycle online marketing programs. A strong understanding of digital project management (including information architecture, functional and technical specification requirements for websites, mobile applications, display ads, video ads, landing pages and email marketing) is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Integral role in planning and execution of performance campaigns spanning across digital channels
  • Collaborate with design team on writing and implementing advertising copy for display/search ads, landing pages, video and positioning to ensure brand standards and accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce, monitor, and optimize multiple digital campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Assist with weekly forecasting updates and budget flow management, including measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Ability to create materials and communications that are compliant, meeting all industry related requirements/regulations.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption for emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Experience managing digital agencies holding them accountable for insightful reporting and actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Continuously stay abreast of digital trends and technology and make recommendation for new opportunities or enhancements to existing systems.

Qualifications:

  • Prefer experience leading and managing display advertising, SEO/SEM, email, marketing database, social media campaigns and more
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Knowledge of ad serving tools and the media buying space (DSPs, DMPs, SSPs)
  • Strong communication, writing and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of CRO platforms (Optimizely, Google experiment, VWO)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Desired Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing; experience in education marketing preferred
  • Experience in marketing financial services/mortgage is strongly preferred.
