** This is an On Call position**

Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing labor support for various positions supported by the Support Operations department.

Responsibilities for Marketing Lead Includes but not limited to:

(Can work in Arena Club, Private/Public Events, Consumer Promotions or Players Club)

v Conducts event/promotion registration and enters guest information into the appropriate software system

v Uses compute software to register guests in a quick and professional manner

v Administration of Avatar Event Management System

v Effective use of Archtics Ticketing Software, Arena Club Ticketing

v Proficient in ACSC, GHS Promotion Tracking System

v Knowledge of Sharepoint/Property information screens

v Ability to make sound judgments and decisions with dept guidelines

v Demonstrates the ability to build a rapport with returning guests

v Preforms all Marketing Crew duties when needed

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

v High School Diploma or equivalent

v Must be at least 18 years old

v Must be able to effectively communicate in English

v Previous customer service experience or experience dealing with the public

v Good communication skills

v Good organizational and multi-tasking skills

v Friendly, positive and outgoing personality

Training Requirements:

v Varies depending on job assignment

v Knowledge of department policies and procedures

v Knowledge of the property and its offerings

v Knowledge of ticket taking best practices and procedures

v Knowledge of the arena’s emergency evacuation plan

v SMART Server Certification

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

v Must be able to work on the casino floor with smoke, loud noises, and low lighting

v Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.

v Must be able to stand, walk and climb stairs for extended periods of time

v Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions

v Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.28 per hour
