Program Manager - Events

Remote

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing schedule & deliverables for the Network Security Product team’s successful participation in events.

- Maintaining SharePoint site and actively sourcing critical information Network Security Product Team will need related to events

- Coordinating list of attendee requests and tracking budget approval

- Keeping team informed of registration and other administrative requirements

- Collaborating with global events team on customer meetings at the event (also knowns as “whisper suites”) regarding:

o Meeting topics

o Meeting host and other staff scheduling

o Demo station topics and staffing

o Providing staff with customer background information in preparation for meetings

o Assisting in consolidating post-meeting summaries

- Tracking and facilitating team readiness for product messaging and collateral for the event

Who You’ll Work With: Network Security Product Team, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams as needed.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree and 5- 7 years Program Management, Project Management or Marketing Coordinator experience.

• Ability to thrive in cross-functional environment and work well with people from different functions and cultures

• Ability to get things done in a complex ecosystem. Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity through curiosity and research

• Exceptional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. SharePoint experience desired.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: From $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Events management: 5 years (Required)
• SharePoint: 3 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 5 years (Required)
