- Complete all tasks on Catered Event Checklist and provide notes for Group Sales to reference when re-booking groups for future events.
- Act as a liaison between client and operations teams.
- Ensure Pavilion cleanliness standards align with standards in Catered Event Checklist, and that all food and food service items are properly stocked. If there are issues or concerns promptly notifying the Food and Beverage team.
- Ensure set up of tents/tables is completed as requested to the Park Operations event support team.
