Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of a team that advocates & maintains the product usage across the esports and creator community.
• Communicate directly with esports pro/amateur players, team managers and fans, building strong relationships and maintaining a visible external presence in the community.
• Responsible for gathering player insights, new product testing, and facilitating feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage player orders processes to ensure pros have the best equipment needed for competitive play and ensuring the highest level of product delivery.
• Maintain and communicate an esports competitive calendar, support esports initiatives, programs and events.
• Create meaningful and effective relationships with esports teams, pro players and leagues
• Perform analysis on the rapidly evolving esports competitive marketing, providing insights into the FPS games, esports viewership, business opportunities, and esports product development with key influencers, pro-players and esports organizations/teams.
  

Qualifications

• Passion for video games and gaming communities
• Gamer with a PC/Console/Mobile gaming background.
• In-depth understanding of PC hardware, software and networking relating to gaming.
• Knowledge of the gaming and esports ecosystem, live streaming and esports community on Twitter, Twitch, YouTube, and live tournament events, etc.
• An enthusiastic, can-do attitude, problem solver, and a team-player.
• Ability to travel to esport events, industry events and additional player locations.
