S.W.COLE Explorations, LLC is currently accepting applications for an immediate opening for a EQUIPMENT MECHANIC to be based in our Bangor, Maine office.

Job Requirements

This is a full time position, primarily M-F schedule. Candidate will support our operations throughout New England. Must have prior experience and familiarity with operating, repairing and maintaining a variety of heavy equipment, including gear driven and hydraulic equipment. Will require maintenance and repair of track and truck mounted drill rigs, trailers, medium duty trucks, small excavators, ATVs, water pumps and generators. Will require occasional travel throughout New England to our shop locations and project sites in support of our drilling crews, with occasional overnight stays on weekdays. Must be able to lift and carry heavy tooling and supplies up to 100 pounds and work outdoors in all seasons, temperatures, and conditions. Candidate must have prior welding experience (stick and MIG). Candidates with a Class A or B license preferred.

Education Requirements

High school diploma preferred.
