JOB SUMMARY:

This position performs all day-to-day coordinating and management of the housekeeping, laundry and custodian departments in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations and organization policies and procedures and as directed by the Manager.

HOURS:

• The Main body of work will be Day Shift Monday-Friday 40 hours/week.

EDUCATION:

• HS Diploma - Required
  • Post Secondary Education in a related field - Preferred

• 3 years or more years related experience or one-year supervisory experience in environmental services field -R equired.
  • 3 years or more years' experience in housekeeping, laundry, custodial and/or maintenance - Preferred.
  • Previous lead and/or supervisory experience - Preferred.

• Strong interpersonal human relations skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain working relationships with a diverse group of individuals.
• Team motivation and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Effective project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office and other computer software programs.
• Ability to work independently.
