AtWork Personnel, one of the country's leading staffing and recruiting firms with a network of nearly 100 offices coast to coast is seeking an Internal Recruiter to help manage our full cycle recruiting processes. Join our Marietta branch and thrive with one of the fastest growing staffing firms in Metro Atlanta.

As an Internal Recruiter, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience!

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm

Compensation up to $29,000 to start.

REQUIREMENTS and RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Responsible for identifying current and future hiring needs,

*Advertising job openings online and designing employee referral programs.

*Sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates through online channels (e.g., professional networks and portfolio sites)

*Screening resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes

*Interviewing candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews

*Analyze turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs

*Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, or similar role

*Solid understanding of full cycle recruiting

*Experience using various interview formats (e.g., phone, structured, group)

*Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

*Excellent verbal and written communication skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
