North Central Insulation is a family owned and operated company that started in 1971 and are continuing to grow and expand our business . We are currently looking for individuals who are eager to grow and develop a new trade skill set at our Newark, Ohio location. We start our trainees at $19.00 an hour with the potential to make over $26.00 an hour within the first year with us!
Our insulation installers install fiberglass insulation both batt and blow in new construction in both residential and commercial houses. No prior experience is needed, we train you for this year round position. The start time for this location is 7 a.m. and end time varies depending on when the job is completed but you are home every night and guaranteed every Sunday off.

Qualifications for this position are:
- Must be reliable
- Responsible for your own transportation to and from shop location
- Have clean driver’s license as you will be driving a company truck under company insurance from the shop to various job site locations
- Must be able to travel but home nightly
- Work at various heights, able to use ladders, and work in enclosed spaces
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Do a pre employment background check
- Pass pre employment drug screening
- Follow all company and safety standards and procedures
