Introduction

Our client in Mason, Ohio is currently seeking customer service representatives to provide over-the-phone assistance to patients and customers around the country. A global market leader in providing assistance to the life sciences industry, this is a highly compensated and incredibly rewarding environment where your skills, goals and contributions are taken seriously. If you have at least 1 year of customer service experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity, you are encouraged to apply!

Day-To-Day Activities

• Provide patients/customers with updates on their prescriptions over the phones
• Taking around 35-50 calls a day on average
• Assist patients with filling out paperwork for their medication/prescription requests
• Accurately document any updates for orders, shipments and customer notes
• Familiarize yourself with and follow HIPPA policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of customer service background
• Data entry skills
• Highschool diploma or GED
• Ability to take initiative and work well as part of a team

Shifts will fall between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.
