McGivney, Kluger, Clark & Intoccia has an opening for an Associate in our Florham Park, NJ office.
*Salary Commensurate With Experience.

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
• Working closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
• Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in civil defense litigation
• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, NY admittance a plus
• Completed Judicial Clerkship
• Superior analytical skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Collaboration with team members is an important component of any role at MKCI Therefore, the firm requires working from the office approximately 60% of the time in accordance with the firm’s guidelines.
