Data Entry Administrator

Buckley Cable Construction is a lead company in telecommunications. We are hiring a Data Entry
Administrator to our dynamic and growing team in the West Hartford location.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be a welcoming presence to all who arrive
  • Proficient in Excel and Salesforce
  • Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
  • Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
  • Manage and organize records and files
  • Scan paperwork, save electronic files, file hard copies, etc.
  • Building Salesforce reports and dashboards at the request of key stakeholders
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks for all our data systems

Skills & Qualifications

  • Good follow up skills and high attention to detail a must.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Dependable, self starter, able to work independently
  • Able to take direction and willing to work alone if needed.
  • Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Excel and data extract knowledge as well as an understanding of database structure
  • Ability to pick up new data tools and concepts quickly
  • Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook,
  • Ability to think analytically
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
  • Reliable Transportation

Benefits

  • Pay Rate based on experience $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
