We are currently seeking a Enterprise Scrum Master (CSM) to join our team in Alexandria, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
- Enables the Scrum teams to perform at the highest level by instilling Scrum values and methodologies such as
disruption;
- Organizes and facilitates program backlog management, Program Increment Planning meetings, sprint reviews,
- Assists Product Owner(s) as needed with backlog maintenance, internal and external communication, improving
- Shares Agile knowledge and best practices across the organization to maximize Scrum team performance and
- Coaches teams, individuals, and the organization in collaboration, transparency, iteration and being customer
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or other relevant discipline
- 8 years' experience supporting very large US Federal Government agencies
- 4 years experience working in the transition of an organization from waterfall to agile
- 8 years working in an Agile environment
- 4 years experience as an agile scrum master or agile coach
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Certified SAFe
- Must reside in commutable distance to Alexandria, VA
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
