About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales & Strategy Manager to take on the following responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and lead a multi-year enterprise strategy, own the sales and contracting process end-to-end, build and manage a sales, operations and implementation team, collaborate cross-functionally.

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective payer and health system partners.

  • Act as a strategic thought partner for leaders of client organizations throughout the sales engagement process

  • Create compelling business cases for clients and shape key company materials such as pitch decks and case studies

  • Navigate clients from the sales engagement through the on-boarding process including contracting


About You

The ideal candidate would have the following qualities:

  • Some prior sales experience in a complex healthcare context with large scale payers and providers.

  • Prior experience working in a small team, fast paced startup environment is a big plus.

  • An outgoing personality and positive attitude coupled with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
