Job description
The Opportunity:
- Work with students in a 1 to 1 setting, or a small group up to 4.
- Focus on classroom skill development, homework help, subject tutoring, and ACT/SAT test prep.
- There are no lesson plans to write or homework assignments to grade!
- Flexible, part-time hours - weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays.
- Paid training and professional development opportunities.
Hours:
- Seeking tutors through May/early June on weekdays 4-8pm, Saturdays 9am-3pm; summer hours 8am-6pm
- Minimum commitment of 6 hours per week, with more hours available!
Requirements Include:
- 4-year bachelor's degree required.
- Expertise in Reading, Writing, English, and/or Literature.
- Certification/license as well as ACT/SAT experience a plus.
- Must be a caring and qualified professional committed to the success of students!
