To support theatre operations in all aspects of the Sight & Sound experience by provisioning technical support, quality assurance, and oversight of all systems and services related to Presentation. This role also ensures that Sight & Sound systems are maintained, and procedures are followed so that equipment is in good repair, presentations meet or exceed industry and AMC standards; provide our guests with a consistent premium Sight & Sound experience and theatre operations with excellent customer service.

What you will be doing:

• Provide customer service focused technical and operational support to theatre management for all aspects of the Sight & Sound experience
• Provide feedback and advice to theatre management concerning the overall state of S&S presentation and operational processes
• Complete assigned capital projects within scope and within budget
• Complete prescribed administrative tasks and responsibilities accurately and in a timely manner
• Partner with TOC to document and maintain field and remote knowledge and processes
• Educate and mentor field resources on best practices related to Sight and Sound systems
• Maintain open, productive communication with GMs, managers, and booth associates.

What we need from you:

• 2+ years’ experience operating and/or supporting Digital Cinema systems
• Available to travel within the market daily and outside the market up to 25%, often on short notice and outside standard business hours/days
• Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve projection and audio equipment failures
• Proven ability to maintain established routine equipment maintenance schedules
• Comprehension of electrical, projection, and sound principle and theory and advanced working knowledge of associated supporting infrastructures
