Job Title: End User Support Specialist
Location: Cambridge, MA
Duration: Full Time
Technical/Functional Skills
- System Deployment and Systems Management knowledge. Microsoft SCCM preferred.
- JAFM to manage Apple Devices
- Microsoft Intune, Windows Auto Pilot. Rescue LogMeIn, ServiceNow, Zoom
Experience Required
- Good verbal/written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with associated computer systems, end-users, and co-workers.
- Strong knowledge on Office 365, and Outlook related issues handling
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Domain Services (such as Print, DHCP, DNS) and network connectivity.
- Good experience in customer/partner/technical service-related roles
- Windows 10 / 7 skills and troubleshooting experience
- Apple MAC devices skills and troubleshooting experience
- Ensure that all system tests are successfully completed and documented, and all problems are resolved.
- Application Packaging and Re-packaging services
- MSIX based application packages for new apps
- Provisioning and De-provisioning
- Autopilot based device Provisioning
