We are currently seeking a Contractor - HR Employee Relations/Investigator.

This contract position that will cover 31 Del Taco restaurants in 4 districts/areas in the Palm Springs and San Bernardino/Riverside County areas. Ideally, the candidate/contractor would reside in/near Palm Springs, San Bernardino, or Riverside County areas.

This is a remote position with some restaurant visits as needed for investigations.

Essential Job Functions

• A minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience with a concentration in Employee Relations and HR Generalist experience researching, investigating, and addressing employee misconduct and below job performance standards; providing guidance to management
• Reviews/investigates complex cases such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other workplace complaints and handles complaints and concerns that employees identify related to workplace issues, or a violation of company policy, practice or procedure
• Experience documenting workplace investigation reports
• Previous experience handling accommodation cases
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple employee relations cases simultaneously, ensuring high quality and customer service standards
