Job Summary:
Qualified Candidates:
- Must be ABEM / AOBEM-certified or eligible
- Projecting 14,000 anticipated ER visits year one
- 24-hour physician coverage
- 10,000 square feet
- 11 emergency room bays including a fully equipped trauma bay
- Separate adult and pediatric waiting areas
- All private treatment rooms
- State-of-the-art imaging including CT, ultrasound, and radiology
- Ambulance bay for EMS
- Patients needing to be admitted to inpatient service will be transported to main campus at Poinciana Hospital with seamless care handoff to our excellent intensivists, hospitalists, and specialists

- Opened in 2013, HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital is a four-story, 177,000 sq. ft. hospital with 76 private beds and a six-bed private ICU
- We provide a full range of acute care services including emergency services, inpatient and outpatient diagnostic imaging, inpatient and outpatient surgery, cardiac catheterization, laboratory, pharmacy, and a full range of support services
- Our ED is approximately 19,500 sq. ft. and consists of 31 private treatment rooms, an EMS entrance, and a helicopter pad
