Elite Hospital Manager Needed: Multi Doctor, Small Animal Hospital, Growth, Relocation Available. We are looking for dynamic people and operational leaders to support our flagship clinic, Groveway Veterinary Hospital. Groveway Veterinary Hospital is on the cusp of growth. Our current team comprises one full-time doctor, one part-time doctor, and eight team members, and the hospital has five exam rooms. In 2023 we will remodel the hospital to be state-of-the-art, with nine exam rooms, two surgical suites, and a CT machine. This hospital already sees a diverse caseload of small animals, mixed animals, and exotics. We are looking for the right leader to help us build a team of leaders and veterinary professionals to take the hospital to great heights. The Hospital Manager at Groveway must have experience driving KPIs, establishing processes, recruiting top talent, and developing team members and leaders. The Hospital Manager will lead the hospital through the remodel transformation and build the team up to a nine-doctor practice while painting a high standard of patient care and customer service. • directing and supervising team members, and acting as a coach/trusted advisor to our Veterinarians and Leads
• monitoring and evaluating operations on a daily basis, and collaborating with clinical and training team members to ensure that productivity, training, and quality goals are met
• hiring, assignment, and direction of work, development, training, and day-to-day employment relations
• managing the schedule, inventory levels, reporting, compliance, and risk management
• acting as a client concierge, ensuring each client's experience is exceptional (you'll work within close proximity of the team and on the floor as needed - this is not a back-office job)
• remaining an active part of the team, leading through example by supporting the team when short-staffed, and training both new and existing staff.

Ideally, you'll have:

• a Bachelor's or Associate's degree, a minimum of 3 years of equivalent work experience, or a combination of education and experience
• people management experience, including conflict resolution, employment relations, and employee development
• operations management experience - multi-site preferred.
