Job description
Our Montessori school near downtown Concord CA opened in 1973 and offers after-school care to our students. In this position, the assistant helps oversee the safe care and supervision of 1st-6th graders, using common sense and respectfully relating to children at their age level. Applicant must like kids, have good communication skills; be personable, friendly, and work well with other staff. Work-related or academic background relating to 6-12 year old elementary children, preferably in a group, is important. The position is 2:30-5:30, Monday-Friday, with additional hours possible.
