McWilliams Forge Company, in Rockaway, NJ, is a well established leader in the manufacture of precision forged products for the aerospace industry. The company is a division of Precision Castparts Corp. (PCP) (www.precast.com) a public company and operates as a stand alone entity. We are seeking two highly motivated, flexible and dependable all-around Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for the 2nd shift with at least 3 to 5 years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Must have mechanical abilities.

ESSENTIAL REPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be able to install & repair electrical apparatus & wiring circuits which consist of three-phase 240V & 460V.
• Troubleshoot, repair & maintain industrial machinery & equipment.
• Applicant required to have electrical/mechanical schematics & PLC knowledge to complete equipment repairs, read complicated drawings or blueprints/simple drawings
• Siemens PLC knowledge a plus as well as hydraulics
• Must have ability to be on call 24 hrs for emergency repairs.
• Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 30lbs.
• Flexibility with overtime

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of accredited technical program a plus
• Education & work experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be a US Citizen according to ITAR regulations
