Job description
A large real estate company is looking for an experienced electrician to undertake a variety of tasks relating to installing and maintaining electrical infrastructure at our residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Primary focus will be the conversion to alumicon outlets and receptacles on several of our properties
- Completing electrical service work, including replacing existing meters and/or panels that are out of code compliance
- Trouble shooting branch circuit wiring issues and breaker issues as well as power outages at our rental units
- Common area lighting upgrades, repairing and or trouble shooting site lighting issues.
- Running new circuits as needed.
- Other responsibilities include support of the maintenance staff while trouble shooting appliances and other minor electrical wiring problems as they arise.
Required Skillset:
- Must be a licensed electrician in the state of New York.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical issues for residential and commercial properties.
Job Type: Full-time
