NW Employment Solutions is partnered with a local electronics company in Canby, Or and we are looking to add Test Techs to join our team.

Shift- Monday - Friday 6am - 11pm

Pay- $20/hr

Requirements-

• Test electronic PCB assemblies and box build electronic/electrical assemblies.
• Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures.
• Tests product to specifications provided with efficiency and quality.
• Follow appropriate quality policies and procedures.
• Practice and participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities
• Perform work to appropriate efficiency and utilization standards.
• Build product as directed by Team Leader/Supervisor.
• Produce quality product using entry level skill processes, such as board stuffing, parts prep, & hand assembly.
• Participate in work group/team activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and environment.
• Must be a positive and dependable member of the manufacturing group.
• Must be adaptive and supportive of change.
• Must provide input to problem solving process and possess good communication skills.

• 12 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Canby, OR: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Calibration: 1 year (Required)
• Electrical experience: 1 year (Required)
• Schematics: 1 year (Required)
• Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Required)
• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
