Job description
Electrical Contractor is seeking an experienced project manager in the electrical field. Position requires ability to take over project from the point of sale thru close out. Must be responsible, organized, and able to multi task.
Job Responsibilities –
Ability to read and interpret construction documents, plans & specs
Contract Review
Submittal /Approval process
Material procurement and buy outs,
Change Order execution
Job site review
Close Out documentation
Qualifications
Software - MS Office, Vision Info-Soft, Adobe, Plan Swift
Minimum Associates degree – business management
Valid and Current Electrical License
OSHA 10 (30 preferred)
Field Experience
1 to 5 years project management
Salary – Commensurate with experience
